Job Context:
∎ Bdeducation is looking for a dynamic academic professional for the position of "Senior Executive" for an extensively IT-enabled School "United Public School & College Jamalpur (UPSCJ)" which is run by United Trust (http://unitedtrust.org.bd/) -a social welfare wing of United Group. The school is located at Melandah, Jamalpur with state-of-the-art infrastructure and facilities. This is a modern English version of School & College following the NCTB curriculum with fully digitalized content.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Support Head of Admin regarding all administrative matters.
∎ Provide support to the Principal office wing for its functioning.
∎ Record files and important documents confidentially.
∎ Liaison with all departments namely Admin, VP, Accounts, and HR & Correspondence with other organizations.
∎ Ensure efficient functioning and overall management of the canteen to make it useful for students & employees of the institution.
∎ Support Head of Admin to maintain hostels, sports ground, PT and drill, transport, mosque, cafeteria, commercial complex, utility services and reception.
∎ Coordinate/make correspondence with other organizations/institutions in respect of administrative and discipline issues.
∎ Support Head of Admin to provide logistic as well as admin and any kind of supports to the academic and co-curricular needs of students and teachers in the institution.
∎ The Admin Officer will be responsible to the Head of Admin regarding administrative matters of UPSCJ.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ The candidate should have 5 years of experience in the relevant field.
∎ Experience in any reputed School/College regarding administrative management will get an advantage.
∎ Should be fluent in English speaking and writing.
∎ Must be proficient in driving technical tools like MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Excel, Google Sheet etc
Salary: Tk. 25000 (Monthly)
