Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resource Management
∎ MBA/Master's in any discipline from reputed Public or Private University with a CGPA not less than 3.00 in both Bachelor's and Masters's Programs.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Provide admin support to the academic wing for its smooth functioning and ensure discipline, safety & security of students.
∎ Maintain Hostels, Sports ground, Transport, Mosque, Cafeteria, Commercial complex, Utility services, and Reception.
∎ Provide PT and drill and logistic as well as admin and any kind of support for academic and co-curricular activities of student and teacher of the institution.
∎ Ensure efficient civil and mechanical maintenance.
∎ Ensure the highest standard of administrative activities, discipline, punctuality, and well-being of all non-teaching staff.
∎ The Head of Admin will be responsible to the Principal regarding all administrative matters of UPSCJ.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Candidate should have 10 years of experience in the relevant field (experience related to academic institution will be considered as a plus)
∎ Should be fluent in English speaking and writing.
∎ Must be proficient in driving technical tools like MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Excel, Google Sheet, etc.
Salary:
∎ Tk. 40000 (Monthly)
