Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Accounting or Finance
∎ CA (CC)
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Corporate Tax & VAT planning for future period.
∎ Ensure proper compliance as per Bangladesh Income Tax Ordinance and VAT Act.
∎ Preparation monthly VAT return (9.1) & annual Tax return for all business units.
∎ Issue and maintain VAT 6.3
∎ Work on VAT 4.3 Input Output Co-efficient (Price declaration)
∎ Preparation of annual VAT returns and VAT audit for all business units.
∎ Ensure submission of Income Tax and VAT return in due time along with the required documents for all business units.
∎ Deliver a full range of tax and vat services in compliance with laws and regulations within the time frame.
∎ Identify and mitigate tax risks as well as review the Audited Financial Statements in the light of Income Tax Ordinance, 1984 with a view to reduce the disallowances.
∎ Maintain tax & vat balances on general ledger.
∎ Monitor monthly TDS/VDS deduction from the applicable heads of accounts and deposit to the Govt. exchequer.
∎ All others type of RJSC related work.
∎ Checking VAT Challan Provided by the Vendor. Comply TDS & VDS from payment and Issue TDS & VDS certificate.
∎ Handle and dealing all sorts of VAT matters of the Company.
∎ Any other Tax and VAT related task assigned by the management time to time.

∎ Age at least 30 years

∎ Candidates should be smart, energetic & dynamic.
∎ Must have the mindset of hardworking.
∎ Excellent communication and leadership skills.
∎ Ability to work under pressure and manage time effectively.
