Job Responsibilities:
∎ Document financial transactions by entering information.
∎ Record supplier bills, invoices submitted and collected for ongoing projects
∎ Assist in scheduling for VAT and AIT deductions and payments
∎ Making bank transactions, Reconcile bank statements, Maintain cash controls
∎ Assist in financial budget preparation to submit in tender proposals
∎ Assist in preparing Financial Statements
∎ Assist with preparation of the yearly and monthly cash budgets
∎ Maintain documents for accounts and company properties
∎ Analyze financial data and create financial models for decision support
∎ Comfort dealing with ambiguity and the ability to work independently
∎ Reconcile existing transactions through cross-referencing of incoming and outgoing data
∎ Advanced knowledge of Excel
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 32 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Strong interpersonal skills, including written and oral communication, and problem-solving
∎ Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Statistics are preferred major fields
∎ 2-3 years of business finance or other relevant experience
