Educational Requirements:
∎ BBA/MBA/Master's in Accounting/ Finance
∎ Part qualification from any professional institute such as ACCA/ ICMAB/ ICAB will be given priority.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 4 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepares payments by verifying documentation, and requesting disbursements including payroll.
∎ Recording & monitoring all transaction like sales, collections, payment & journal voucher.
∎ Maintain asset, liability and capital account entries by compiling and analyzing accounts information.
∎ Maintain detailed records of monthly receipts and payments of the business.
∎ Review and process all payments and ensure appropriate ledger posting.
∎ Provides financial information and insights to management by researching and analyzing accounting data; preparing reports.
∎ Dealing with Bank and others financial institute for cheque encashment, cash deposit, pay order, others payments.
∎ Reconciles financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information.
∎ Process tax payments for employees, vendors and suppliers in accordance with local laws and legislation.
∎ Maintains confidential financial information and documents.
∎ Liaise with the management team in Head office and branch to collect and analyze required information regarding targets and budget to provide insights and report to Senior Management.
∎ Any other duties and responsibilities assigned by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Experience in FMCG Industry will be plus.
∎ Good knowledge in accounting, MS Excel, preparing financial statements and Tally software.
∎ Must be well organized, honest, well-behaved and sincere.
Salary: Tk. 40000 - 50000 (Monthly)
