Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintain inventory and prepare inventory reports.
∎ Maintain appropriate documentation process of every phase of material receiving, storage & disbursement.
∎ Monitor software based inventory recording, monitoring and controlling system.
∎ Maintain and monitor Work-In-Process (WIP) and preparing report by end of month.
∎ Manage integrated process among operations, procurement, finance, logistics and suppliers to ensure effective store operations.
∎ Maintain month end store position in quantity and cost amount.
∎ Need to check and entry to the register following: Materials Purchase Requisition
∎ (MPR); Materials Receiving Report (MRR); ; Materials Transfer Challan (MTC)
∎ Effective checking of material's quality & quantity at the time of consignment.
∎ Any other Store & inventory-related task that management requires.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 38 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Store Inventory and Control
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): FMCG
∎ Must have the capacity to handle pressure and take decisions regarding store's supply chain management matters.
∎ Ability to write reports, business correspondence and procedure manuals.
∎ Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, ERP software
∎ Experience with inventory management
