∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ Excellent communication skills & Typing Speed in both Bengali and English Language.
∎ Area of experience: Direct sales & marketing in the field of Fire Safety Solution or Industrial Machineries, Pump, Electrical & Power Products.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Willing to work for direct sales of fire safety solution products through regular visits to commercial complexes and industrial sector.
∎ Must follow the sales process (visiting clients, prospecting new clients, preparing and submitting offers, conducting initial meetings and closing sales).
∎ Maintaining and developing relationships with existing & new customers via regular meetings, telephonic conversations and emails.
∎ Sound knowledge of Fire Standpipes, sprinklers System, Fire Detection & Alarm Systems, Fire Pumps, Fire Door, Fire Safety Materials, LPS, SLD and Passive Fire Protection Systems.
∎ Sound knowledge of design & drawing, preparing BOQs and cost estimating of Fire Standpipes, sprinklers System, Fire Detection & Alarm Systems, Fire Pumps, Fire Door, Fire Safety Materials, LPS, SLD and Passive Fire Protection Systems.
∎ Should have sound knowledge of fire safety code, electrical safety code, life safety code of NFPA & BNBC necessary code and Civil Defense & RSC regulations.
∎ Proficiency in AutoCAD 2D design to review the project design & drawing.
∎ Ability to handle projects management and cooperate with both teams to finish the work under pressure.
∎ Conducting site visits, project planning, management, team building, and client/consultant liaison.
∎ Maintain the daily visit report to continue focus on the company's strategic goal.
∎ Weekly, monthly and quarterly reporting of all relevant matters to the management as required.
∎ Report timely to senior management regarding forecast order status with client feedback about pricing.
∎ Strongly maintain a business communication network and relationship with all concerned departments/sector.
∎ Set plans to meet monthly / yearly sales target.
∎ Follow the other task as directed or assigned by the Team Leader.
