∎ Take lead and responsibility for holding churn number within tolerance limit
∎ Analyze active and inactive customer movement.
∎ Analyze and identify customer movement trend along with cause and effect
∎ Identify factors directly or indirectly contributing to churn
∎ Regularly track churn and win-back ratio
∎ Customer data update in the system.
∎ Prepare database for churn & retention call time to time
∎ Take proactive initiative to arrest churn along with cost benefit analysis.
∎ Monitor churn and retention outbound calls by partners and provide feedback for value addition.
∎ Analyze customer voice for churn & retention at different times.
∎ Take initiatives from the findings collected from different data sources
∎ Coordinate with both internal and external stake holders to achieve company assign churn target.
∎ Age 28 to 35 years
∎ Skills Required : Proper Understanding on CLM, Data Analytics & Presentation
∎ Experience Requirements:
∎ 2-3 year(s) of experience in Churn Management.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Data Analysis and Customer Life Cycle Management.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Telecommunication/ ISP/ Other Service Industries.
∎ Additional Requirements:
∎ Superior oral and written communication and interpersonal skills
∎ Strong analytical, strategic thinking, commendable presentation, decision making and problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently
∎ Positive work ethics and result oriented can do mindset
∎ Should be self-driven and hardworking.
∎ Efficient and creative in report writing using MS Excels
