Responsibilities & Context:
Employee tax (Calculation, deduction, chalaan submission, Return submission assistance);
Company tax (Calculations, Submissions)
Supporting Documents Verification (CS statement, approved quotations, approved PO, Delivery Challan, GRN, QC Report, Weight scale copy if applicable)
Approval Checking (All necessary signatories needed for approval to be valid)
Sales related accounting
Payments scheduling & communication
Internal financial audits
Paperwork or tax related documentation for tax hearings or audit purpose
TDS & VDS (Deductions, Reconciliations, monthly returns
AIT certificate collections
VAT current account and register maintenance
Company owner's tax provisioning -monthly
Annual company tax filing
Company owners tax filing
