Requirements:
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Oversee the planning and execution of civil engineering tasks at the factory.
∎ Factory space and roadmap design
∎ Act as the key interface coordinator to ensure clear and effective communication between management and subcontractors.
∎ Oversee day-to-day construction at the factory regarding office floor planning and supervise workers to ensure adherence to construction specifications.
∎ Ensure proper utilization of labor and equipment.
∎ Create 2D and 3D designs using MS Project, AutoCAD, and other engineering design or planning software.
∎ · Address technical issues, project delays and unforeseen challenges by developing solutions in collaboration with other engineers and contractors.
∎ Evaluate changes in design or scope and make necessary adjustments during execution, in consultation with the management team
