∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Accounting, Finance
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Accounting, Finance, Revenue assurance
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare daily Sales report.
∎ Monitoring all of entry of revenue.
∎ Coordination with key account manager (Sales & Operations) for invoice & billing related data.
∎ Regular Invoice Issue to Customers (Daily, Weekly, By-Monthly & Monthly)
∎ Preparing and reconciliation of Customer statement of accounts (SoA).
∎ Regular report against collection and update accounts receivable (AR) balance.
∎ Regular follow-up for AR collection and update to Customer.
∎ AR reconciliation and update.
∎ Prepare monthly revenue statement.
∎ Prepare statement of P/L in respect of Collection & Payment
∎ Regular report of partner payable balance.
∎ Payment process to partners and update.
∎ Customer daily trip performance report.
∎ Disputes raise and resolution with Customer.
∎ Collect Bank Guarantee (BG) from Customer and Issue to Customer (if any)
∎ Daily Receipts & Payments
∎ Any assignment from line manager and Managing Director.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Understanding of Accounts, Finance, Fund Management, Forecast.
∎ Familiarity with accounting principles.
∎ Working knowledge about VAT & Tax as per government rules.
∎ The applicants should have expertise on Advance Office Application (MS Word, MS Excel Including advance Excel, Pivot Table, VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Power Point Presentation).
