Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Commerce (MCom) in Accounting
∎ Preferred Professional Certification: CA(CC)

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 8 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ To give entry of Daily Collection, Payment, Sales and Purchases to Tally/ERP properly.
∎ Input all kinds of Journal entry in tally/ERP.
∎ Make proper provision of Expenses and maintain monthly accrual expenses.
∎ Deposit cash or cheque into the Bank Accounts.
∎ Report to HOD regarding daily transaction.
∎ Make all kinds of Vendor payment.
∎ Check and verify sales invoice and Vendor bills.
∎ To verify voucher, ledger, cash book & other subsidiary ledgers;
∎ Check accuracy of salary disbursement.
∎ Develop, generate and manage timely accounting reports;
∎ Monitor general ledger, bookkeeping, accounts receivables, accounts payables and other records;
∎ Maintain fixed asset register and reconciliation.
∎ Prepare financial statement, annual budget and forecast cash flow within a targeted time.
∎ Ensure all regulatory compliance relating to the Company Act, Income Tax, Corporate Tax, Personal Tax, Tax Return, VAT, Company Closing, Company law, etc.
∎ Assist the accounting team in preparing balance sheet.
∎ Monitor and manage the month-end accounting processes;
∎ To prepare bank reconciliation statement at the end of each month.
∎ Assist to prepare monthly liability position
∎ Assist in budgeting and forecasting process, including variances
∎ Any other job assigned by the management time to time.
