Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Civil

Experience Requirements:
∎ 10 to 12 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure the set-up of Project office, store, stack, yard, work place, property for smooth construction.
∎ Carry out visits to the construction sites of the company and submit report to the Authority.
∎ Supervise the foreman, masons & helpers of the project.
∎ Visit the site on regular basis and ensure the quality of work at every phase of construction by maintaining checklists/quality control and appropriate/standard procedures.
∎ Ensure the quality of construction materials by maintaining proper quality control.
∎ Proper checking & controlling of MRF.
∎ Check & forward project expenditure budget.
∎ Check & verify the bill as per field measurement.
∎ Provide Instruction to foreman for keeping proper record of optional work.
∎ Take necessary action to rectify actions/modification work.
∎ Reconcile the materials consumption and also look after site cleaning and safety issues.
∎ Ensure site safety & workers safety through SE/PE.
∎ Responsible for all project works.
∎ Coordinate action plan with concerned departments regarding project completion.
∎ Review the project in-depth to schedule deliverables and estimate costs.
∎ Overseeing constructions to monitor compliance with building and safety regulations.
∎ Coordinate and direct construction workers.
∎ Ensure quality construction standards and the use of proper construction techniques.
∎ Ensuring proper building construction according to the approved architectural design
∎ Prepare detailed project planning and construction work schedule.
∎ Prepare BOQ and construction budget for project.
∎ Monitoring construction work progress.
∎ Coordinate with in-house and external design team and external consultants.
∎ Prepare monthly progress report.
∎ Monitor project activities and implement corrective measures accordingly
∎ Estimate materials as per requisition in accordance with the project budget.
∎ Coordinate for timely completion and quality of construction works as per schedule
∎ Providing documentation, detailed instructions, drawings with specifications, solving problems and structural repairs for the project.
∎ Project handover within the schedule and budget
∎ Any others job assigned by the management time to time.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Capability to arrange manpower such foreman, masons, helpers will be preferred.
∎ High Rise Building Construction finishing work experienced person will get advantage.

Salary: Negotiable
