∎ Bachelor of Commerce (BCom), Master of Commerce (MCom)
∎ Skills Required: Abacus, Amadeus, Galileo, GDS SYSTEM
Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Airlines, CashX, GSA, Tour Operator, Travel Agent
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensures Online Travel Agency(OTA) Channel strategy is implemented
∎ Complies with agreed guidelines for OTA account & finance management
∎ Develops and maintains long term strategic relationships with our OTA partners
∎ Maintain digital and physical records of invoices and contracts.
∎ Daily sales entry in Accounts Software.
∎ Client outstanding prepare and send to client by email or hard copy.
∎ Reconcile of sales and purchase report.
∎ Reconcile daily basis one by one invoice.
∎ Day by day maintain and updated refund report
∎ Prepare sales report for IATA weekly basis (as per IATA format).
∎ Undertaking research into pricing, competitors and factors affecting performance
∎ Prepare statement of cash flow/Payable\ Receivable.
∎ Managing budgets
∎ Support to management for Developing and managing financial systems/models
∎ Any other tasks assigned by top management.
∎ Maintain Company Monthly and Yearly Profit and Loss Ledger
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
∎ Accounts, Audit, Cash Management, Finance, Internal Audit, Tax
∎ Priorities will be given who have experience in any one of the Galileo/ Amadeus/ Abacus accounts management software.
∎ Should have experience in use of accounting software Cash -X.
∎ Should have sound knowledge of computer.
Salary:
∎ Negotiable
∎ The company offer competitive salary and other benefit including incentive, festival bonus, and other admissible benefits.
