Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor/ Masters in Accounting from reputed public and private universities.
∎ Candidates who have completed CA (CC) are highly Preferable.
∎ Candidates who have completed CA first part are highly encouraged to apply.
∎ Preferred Professional Certification: ACCA,Chartered Accounting
Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
General Accounting, VAT and Tax
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare and maintain Vouchers, Cash / Bank Book, Stock Register, Fixed Assets Register and so on timely for smooth operation of accounting system.
∎ Work on all kind of party advance adjustment & report accordingly.
∎ Maintain Company accounts, cash and bank transactions, receipt and payment statement, cash and fund flow statement, stock record, Trial balance, Profit and Losses account.
∎ Preparing annual budget.
∎ Compile and complete monthly quarterly and yearly financial statements (income statement, balance sheet & cash flow statement, etc.) as per Bangladesh Accounting Standard (BAS) and report to the Management.
∎ Make Sure the compliance of internal audit, Income Tax and VAT.
∎ Manage petty cash and reconcile everyday as per following company guidelines.
∎ Operate day to day functional banking as per company policies and procedures.
∎ Entry all receipt and payment in the software regularly.
∎ Prepare VAT Chalan according to the Govt rules and Regulations and submit to the reporting officer in due time for next course of action.
∎ Comply with Tax/Custom Duty/Income Tax as per rules and regulations and submit report accordingly.
