Requirements:
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop all types of sanitary ware master moulds and troubleshoot model issues,
∎ Manage single-piece development using battery garoll and beam-casting methods,
∎ Execute bench and battery casting for wall-hung, wall vit, and tabletop models,
∎ Analyze first cast pieces and apply corrections to block moulds,
∎ Create cost-reduction plans for plaster moulds,
∎ Drive new product development and improve yield through block & case corrections,
∎ Train fresh modelers and supervise POP, resin, and rubber block making,
