Educational Requirements:
∎ BBA, MBA in any major or B.A, M.A in English from any reputed universities. But foreign degree from UK, Canada and Australia will be given priority.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 4 to 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Daily call, explain, and enroll new students
∎ Providing Education Counselling to students and guardians for study abroad
∎ Provide them information about universities/colleges, course/fees, admissions ion, visa procedures etc
∎ Regular follow-ups with potential students/guardians
∎ Researching different university websites and finding the best options for students.
∎ Responding to online and offline queries, emails, phone calls, etc.
∎ Keeping regular contact with overseas universities and colleges
∎ Provide daily, Weekly, monthly, and yearly reporting on all operational activities
∎ Creating a solid relationship with a range of education partners & enlisted foreign universities
∎ Processing student visa applications based on entry requirements and admissions procedures
∎ SOP writing Instruction
∎ Team Leading sometimes
∎ Overseeing staff training and development, as well as performing regular team-building exercises and performance reviews.
∎ Provide admission information which can lead to student VISA
∎ Provide guideline or University manual to students as per current university and embassy policy
∎ Preparing applications for admission into different foreign universities
∎ Perform any task assigned by the management
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Fluency in English both written & spoken.
∎ Skills Required: Counselling, Education Counselling, Education Marketing, Sales & Marketing
∎ Senior Counsellors should have 4 to 5 years of experience in student counselling
∎ Counsellors should have industry related accreditation or certificates like CCEA, PIER, British council certification or related
∎ Both Males & Females are allowed to apply. # Females are encouraged to apply
∎ Excellent interpersonal skills to work in a competitive environment
∎ Should be high ambitious, target achievers and goal oriented
∎ Ability to work under pressure
∎ Willingness to take responsibilities as well as challenges with commitment and honesty
∎ Candidate must be handy in terms of using computer
Salary: Tk. 40000 - 50000 (Monthly)
