We are looking for a motivated and and experienced Senior Education Counsellor/Counsellor to join our Sales team. This is a fantastic opportunity for an individual who will responsibly provide comprehensive support to prospective applicants including their family members seeking information on studying in any of our Destinations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Offer thorough guidance and counseling to students on diverse educational programs, university options, and career pathways by arranging face-to-face or phone consultations with prospective students to evaluate their educational needs, interests, and goals.

• Guide students in choosing appropriate courses and universities aligned with their academic history, career goals, and personal interests.

• Provide admissions, visa and pre departure process support and guidance to students.

• Keep informed about the latest trends and updates in the education sector, including scholarships, admission criteria, and visa policies.

• Maintain an engaging relationship with students and their family’s ensuring professionalism and integrity.

• Establish and nurture relationships with universities, colleges, and other educational institutions to stay updated on their programs, admission requirements, and scholarship offerings.

• Actively participate in education exhibition or seminar and community events to promote us and our partners institutions and/or destinations

• Work closely with the marketing team to create promotional strategies to ethically promote our services

• Outstanding knowledge and competency in using CRM for managing student cases and performance reports.

• Effectively deliver outstanding service ensuring conversion KPIs and successful applications KPIs are met.
