Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Accounting or Finance
∎ CA-CC is preferable.
∎ No third Class is acceptable.
∎ Any Reputed university.
∎ Skills Required: Computer skills with Microsoft Excel
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 8 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Accounts, Audit, Commercial/ Export-Import, Finance, Tax (VAT/ Customs Duty/ Income Tax)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Group of Companies, Hotel, Resort
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Accounts related all works which include- cash withdrawn, cash deposit, DD deposit, challan deposit, collecting bank statement etc.
∎ Party payment, supplier payment including purchase requisition and keeping record of all kinds of voucher and cash transaction on a regular basis
∎ Execute, monitor and manage L/C related work which include- corresponding with foreign supplier, L/C opening form fill-up and its amendments, Monitoring shipment document requirement formalities and custom clearing etc.
∎ Ensure all necessary Tax & VAT deduction from various sources & deposit with appropriate govt. authority within the time limit including Submission of VAT returns, reports and documentation.
∎ Prepare contacts after review and Preparation of related comparatives in MS-Excel.
∎ Provide analysis of cash flow, operating costs and variances and monthly presentation to the Management about the accounts status
∎ Perform the duties & responsibilities to a high professional and ethical standard and perform any other tasks assigned by the management.
