Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Lead and manage all MEP activities from design through commissioning.
∎ Coordinate with architectural and structural teams to ensure seamless integration of MEP systems.
∎ Review MEP design and shop drawings; ensure compliance with specifications, codes, and sustainability goals.
∎ Manage MEP contractors and subcontractors, ensuring timely and high-quality execution of works.
∎ Oversee MEP procurement schedules, material approvals, and site installations.Ensure that HVAC, fire protection, BMS, electrical, lighting, ELV, plumbing, and other systems meet luxury hotel standards and brand specifications.
∎ Conduct regular site inspections and quality checks; ensure safety and code compliance
∎ Coordinate with hotel operators and consultants for systems integration and commissioning.
∎ Support testing, commissioning, and handover phases, ensuring systems are fully operational.
∎ Report regularly on MEP progress, risks, and issues to senior management.
