Experience Requirements:
∎ At most 3 year(s)

Business Analysis, Business Planning and Budgeting, Finance/ Accounts, Financial Analysis, General HR
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Financial Consultants, Group of Companies, Manufacturing (FMCG), Wholesale
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Data Entry of Daily Sales Documents into Company Software.
∎ Prepare Daily Sales, Cash Flow, Budget, Collection, etc. reports for superiors.
∎ Prepare Weekly Performance Reports.
∎ Prepare Monthly Inventory, Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss, etc.
∎ Prepare any other reports upon request of superiors.
∎ Filing and keeping track of all client checks & payment.
∎ Accounts-related all works which include: cash withdrawal, cash deposit, collecting bank statement, etc.
∎ Maintaining a positive cash flow to make duly and timely payment to suppliers.
∎ Keeping a record of all vouchers and cash transactions on a regular basis.
∎ Suggest superiors to make sound decisions to increase revenue, cut costs, and increase profits.
∎ Ensure all necessary Tax & VAT deduction from various sources & deposit with appropriate govt. authority within the time limit including Submission of VAT returns, reports and documentation.
∎ Provide analysis of cash flow, item wise sales, operating costs, and all other variances.
∎ Prepare a monthly presentation to the Management about the company status and deliver future prospects.
∎ Perform the duties & responsibilities to a high professional and ethical standard and perform any other tasks assigned by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 24 to 30 years
∎ Living close to the workplace (Islampur Road, Dhaka): Preferred
