Education:
∎ Bachelor of Commerce (Pass), Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA), Bachelor/Honors
∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Accounting & Information Systems, Finance & Banking, or ACA/ACMA (Part Qualified).

∎ Minimum 8-10 years of hands-on experience in accounting and finance, preferably in the interior design, construction, building solutions, and luxury solutions industry.
∎ Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting ERP systems (such as Tally, SAP, or QuickBooks).
∎ In-depth knowledge of International Accounting Standards (IAS) and International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).
∎ Thorough understanding of the Company Act, Income Tax, VAT, and other local regulations.
∎ Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
∎ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
∎ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks with attention to detail.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Oversee and manage all accounting operations, including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and stock records.
∎ Prepare monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial statements, including trial balance, profit & loss accounts, and balance sheets.
∎ Ensure the accuracy of accounting data and the timely reporting of financial information.
∎ Administer and reconcile company bank transactions, cash flow, and fund management.
∎ Oversee daily cash receipts, payments, and financial reconciliations. Tax & VAT
∎ Ensure proper tax management, including Income Tax, VAT, and other regulatory filings, and oversee the preparation and submission of returns.
∎ Stay updated on the latest tax regulations, including IAS/IFRS standards, and ensure company compliance with the Company Act.
∎ Manage external and internal audits, ensuring full compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
∎ Assist in the preparation of audit schedules and reports.
∎ Monitor accounting data, generate meaningful financial reports, and provide insights for senior management.
∎ Prepare and present monthly and quarterly financial reports for company executives and stakeholders.
∎ Manage and improve the implementation of accounting processes using ERP systems.
∎ Ensure all accounting transactions are properly recorded and maintained in the ERP system.
∎ Supervise and guide the finance team, ensuring all accounting activities are performed effectively and efficiently.
∎ Provide mentorship to junior team members, fostering their professional growth and development.

∎ Role Overview: The Senior Account Manager to oversee the financial administration of the company, including account management, cash flow, bank transactions, payment and receipt statements, stock records, trial balance, and tax and VAT compliance. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in managing day-to-day financial operations, preparing financial statements, and ensuring the company’s compliance with local laws and regulations.
