Responsibilities & Context:
Coordinating schedules and providing hands-on training for the security team.
Managing access control for people and vehicles, including security checks for new joiners.
Maintaining fire-fighting equipment and ensuring high health and safety standards.
Overseeing the daily flow of parking and vehicle management near the premises.
Coordinating with Admin and local police to resolve discrepancies and disciplinary matters.
Providing clear, professional communication and security logs to the leadership team.
