Job Context:
∎ We are looking for some Security Officers to lead the large pool of security personnel. Applicant should be retired Army persons (Sergeant/Warrant Officer/Sr. Warrant Officer) having relevant experience in the large garments factory.
∎ The job holder would make sure the factory premises are well secured. Identifying potential threats, ideal stay of worker, establishing appropriate mechanism against theft cases, unlawful acts (Smoking), and supervising full premises factory security force effectively and efficiently would make this job holder successful.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Checking the man, material & vehicles at the gate.
∎ Maintaining register of man, material & vehicles.
∎ All kind of incoming & outgoing materials quantity confirmation with the help of store, admin & production departments.
∎ Ensure to establish the company's Act.
∎ Protecting the unlawful acts like smoking, bearing Mobile in Factory.
∎ To maintain the Security Operations Manual up to date for use by all on site security personnel to cover duties.
∎ Individual instructions for each post, attendance, use of security equipment, dress standard, training etc.
∎ Complete incident reports and required documentation for all security incidents and updating management accordingly.
∎ Any other task assigned by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should be retired Army persons (Sergeant/Warrant Officer/Sr. Warrant Officer) having relevant experience in the large Garments Factory.
∎ In-depth understanding about Security Management:
∎ The incumbents should be strong and energetic.
∎ Self-motivated and responsible.
∎ Able to work under pressure.
∎ Should be proactive and result oriented.
