Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Responsible for preparing and implementing the overall Safety and Security Plan of the Factory Premises.
∎ Assign shifts and responsibilities, ensuring sufficient security coverage at all times. Conduct regular briefings with security staff to review protocols, procedures, and current threats.
∎ Responsible for the overall management of the security operations including Company Assets.
∎ To protect the factory from all kinds of theft, pilferage, and robbery of the Company Assets.
∎ Preventing any unauthorized entry or trespassing through the factory premises.
∎ Ensure proper checking & registering of the movement of the raw materials, products & company assets.
∎ Responsible for taking Fire Preventive Measures and conducting Safety and Security Training for the Security personnel including periodical demonstrations of fire drills within the factory premises.
∎ Coordinate with local law enforcement, fire departments, and emergency medical services in the event of a crisis.
∎ Conduct regular security and emergency training sessions for security personnel and other employees.
∎ To keep account of all necessary safety equipment and ensure its proper utilization.
∎ To inspect and monitor personnel deployment of guards physically at day and night as per roster and administer the security team.
∎ Responsible for updating the Management about important issues that need to be addressed urgently for the greater interest of the Company.
∎ Any other job as and when assigned by the Management.
