Educational Requirements:
∎ Graduation in any discipline.
∎ Retired Non Commissioned officer (Army/Navy/Air-force) is required.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Plan, monitor, supervise total Security system of the factory & other land or properties of HATIL.
∎ Coordinate safety measures in case of any incident/accident at the Factory.
∎ Respond to any emergency situation & develop emergency procedures and incident responses.
∎ Provide vulnerable report to top management.
∎ Supervise patrol team in the factory premises to monitor proper security system.
∎ Arrange Physical Training (PT) for the security guards on regular basis.
∎ Identify security initiatives and standards.
∎ Create workplace violence awareness and prevention programs.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 40 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Computer operation in MS Office.
∎ Receiving, dispatch data entry and English, Bengali standard typing speed.
∎ Knowledge about security compliance.
∎ The candidate must have the mentality to stay near factory premises.
