∎ Position Grade: Senior Officer
∎ Job Location: Gazipur (Hotapara)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintain safe and secure environment in the factory both for the Company through strict supervision
∎ Monitoring the whole factory premise through surveillance equipment. The monitoring should focus specifically on specific points
∎ Will be responsible for supervising the delivery of products from the factory. He will ensure that the gate pass amount and the actual delivery amounts are precisely the same. He will be held responsible for any breach in this context.
∎ Respond to alarms by investigating and assessing the situation.
∎ Prevents losses and damages by reporting irregularities; informing violations of policies and procedures; restraining trespassers.
∎ Monitoring and authorizing entrance of vehicles or people in the property. Responsible for detecting any suspicious behavior and preventing vandalism, thefts or other suspicious/criminal behavior.
∎ Apprehend and detain perpetrators according to legal protocol.
∎ Maintain excellent working conditions by keeping the facilities of EELL Factory safe and problem free.
∎ Patrol randomly and regularly in the buildings and perimeters.
∎ Inspect and adjust security systems, equipment and machinery to ensure proper usage and also remain vigilant to protect against any sort of tampering.
∎ Write reports of daily activities and irregularities, such as equipment or property damage, theft, entrance of unauthorized person, or unusual occurrences or any other pertinent report.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Candidate must have defense background
∎ Minimum 5 years of experience Safety & Security Management.
∎ Provide administrative support and managing queries.
∎ Standard written & verbal command in Bengali and English.
