Job Responsibilities:
∎ Security Management:
∎ To monitor & supervise overall management of Security personnel of the Company.
∎ To train the new Security Guard and develop the security awareness among all Security Personnel of the Company.
∎ To ensure the Security Personnel are performing duties sincerely, smartly, and dedicatedly.
∎ To make liaison with the emergency service, police, ambulance and fire service to resolve issues and maintain security and service.
∎ Pro-actively ensuring the protection of properties/assets of the Company
∎ Creating a safe and comfortable working environment for employee and visitors.
∎ Responding to emergency situation if any.
∎ Preventing and detecting offenses in sites.
∎ Making sure that no unauthorized personnel enter into Company area.
∎ Accurately updating administrative records and sheets.
∎ To ensure the morale of the Security Personnel.
∎ Accurately reporting all incidence to the line management.
∎ To receive & take both local and foreign guest from main gate to the concern officials.
∎ Maintain and keep update different types of registers (Guard's Duty Roster, Vehicle, Officer's In/Out, Visitor, Key register etc).
∎ Any other task assigned by the management time to time.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 40 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Security Department
∎ The applicants should be Army / Navy/ Defense retired person
