Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor Degree/ HSC

Experience Requirements:
∎ 8 to 10 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Sourcing adequate smart Security Guard's (SGs) to meet up the requirements.
∎ Having sound knowledge in Security Post Sourcing.
∎ Monitoring the daily activities of SGs and maintain their duty rosters. Visit SGs post, give feedbacks & communicate with the concerned over phone when necessary.
∎ Complete reports by recording observations, information, occurrences and surveillance activities; interviewing witnesses; obtaining signatures.
∎ Protect the company's assets related to theft, assault, fire and other safety issues.
∎ Liaising with emergency services, e.g. police, ambulance and fire service to resolve issues related to security management.
∎ Follow procedures for various initiatives, including fire prevention, property patrol, traffic control and accident investigations.
∎ Ensure the security, safety and well-being of all personnel, visitors and the premises.
∎ Provide excellent customer service.
∎ Train-up security guards and develop security awareness among all security guards of the Project and ensure proper Uniform & Appearance.
∎ Maintaining the office premises and ensures proper hygiene.
∎ Motivate & counsel with the Security Supervisors on regular basis as they have to work round the clock as per demand, doing mock session on handling the Critical Issues, e.g. fire drill etc. & to be aligned with the company culture
∎ Maintain organization's stability and reputation by complying with legal requirements.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 45 to 55 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Retired non commissioned Army officer.
∎ Able to work under pressure
∎ Hard working
∎ Height 5 feet 6 inches minimum
∎ Good physical fitness.
∎ Good communication skill

Salary: Negotiable
