Educational Requirements:
∎ Master in any discipline/MBA/ Post Graduate Diploma Secretarial science will be given preference.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 4 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Organize daily tasks, schedule, arrange, coordinate and the meetings for the ED
∎ Be proactive in identifying priorities, emergencies and important issues in connection with the day-to-day tasks
∎ Handle all incoming and outgoing emails, correspondence and attend telephone calls.
∎ Take minutes and type memos, letters and emails, in Bangla/English, for the Executive Director and ensure its correct archive.
∎ Take in charge all issues related to the Executive Director's travel arrangements: air tickets and hotels booking, filling of travel forms, follow-up out of pocket expenses, etc.
∎ Prepare a press review, as and when requested by the Executive Director.
∎ Ensure Completion of regular re -occurring work, e.g. monthly report, briefings, weekly and monthly meetings.
∎ Welcome and attend the Executive Directors visitors and maintain good public relations.
∎ Perform any task deemed necessary by the management for efficient running of the Executive Directors office.
∎ Manage the calendar on Outlook and task list and ensure Executive Director attends meetings as required or committed.
∎ Maintain correspondence and filing cabinets of topics / subjects pertaining to all incoming information.
∎ Provide Trace File on follow up on delegated tasks to Directors and others.
∎ Distribute Memos and Correspondence.
∎ Ensure all outgoing mail, memos, circulars and letters are handled with care and dispatched accordingly on time.
∎ Letter Processing (Incoming, Outgoing)
∎ Managing office protocol to General Council Member and Executive Committee Members.
∎ Follow-up a sound Performance Management System for all staffs and management personnel in VERC.
∎ Prepare / Issue office note, memo, office order & circular in respect of HR issues
∎ Follow-up Appointment processing, Orientation / Induction, exit interview
∎ Ensure transfer, increment, promotion, separation, and confirmation related works.
∎ Follow up Disciplinary action & conduct departmental enquiry & grievance
∎ Update all licenses, certificates, etc.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 40 years
∎ Experience: Minimum 3-4 years experience in relevant field.
∎ Mature, responsible, self-motivated and able to work under pressure
∎ Confident, independent & be able to take responsibility for the job role
∎ Excellent skills with computer productivity tools, especially on MS Office (MS Word, MS Excel and MS PowerPoint).
∎ Excellent communication skills
∎ Note: If the candidate is more experienced, age and educational qualification may be relaxed and salary negotiable.

Salary: Tk. 40000 - 45000 (Monthly)
