Provide professional career counseling and guidance sessions to students regarding academic and career planning.
Assess students’ interests, abilities, skills, personality traits, and career aspirations through counseling sessions and assessment tools.
Guide students in selecting appropriate subjects, academic programs, and career pathways based on their goals and abilities.
Provide information and guidance on universities, colleges, scholarships, admission procedures, and vocational training opportunities.
Assist students in developing career plans, educational goals, and personal development strategies.
Conduct career development workshops, seminars, career fairs, and awareness programs.
Support students in developing employ-ability skills, including communication, leadership, teamwork, and interview skills.
Assist students with resume/CV preparation, personal statements, and job or internship applications.
Collaborate with teachers, parents, school administrators, and external organizations to support student success and career development.
Maintain accurate, confidential, and organized student counseling records and reports.
Monitor students’ academic and career progress and provide follow-up counseling support when necessary.
Identify students requiring additional academic, emotional, or behavioral support and refer them to the guidance counselor.
Support the implementation of school career guidance programs, policies, and student development initiatives.
Coordinate with universities, training institutions, and employers for student placement, career exposure, and educational opportunities.
