Job Responsibilities:
∎ Meet with clients to learn about their travel requirements, preferences, and spending limits.
∎ Sell and arrange for clients' travel, lodging, insurance, tours, and activities.
∎ Give clients advice on locations, people, cultures, traditions, the environment, and activities that are available.
∎ Take care of payment collection, scheduling travel, and processing necessary fees.
∎ Manage and resolve complaints, conflicts, cancellations, and refunds related to travel.
∎ Build and maintain a strong rapport with tour operators and travel suppliers.
∎ Attend conferences and seminars on travel to stay current on market trends.
∎ Do some research on various locations and new business trends.
∎ Keep thorough records of all reservations, payments, transactions, calls, and meetings.
∎ Whenever necessary, lend a hand with related tasks to support agency efforts.
∎ Develop annual marketing strategies together.
∎ For various marketing projects, choose the most efficient advertising channels.
∎ help with project prioritisation and marketing materials creation.
∎ To implement marketing strategies, create or assign the creation of supporting documentation.
∎ Create a system for monitoring the performance of marketing campaigns.
∎ Job assigned by the senior management
