Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company targets
∎ Visit retailers, distributors, or B2B clients to promote and sell our products
∎ Identify new business opportunities and expand customer base (retailers, distributors, or B2B clients)
∎ Identify new sales opportunities and follow up on leads in assigned areas
∎ Establish strong relationships with clients and maintain long-term partnerships
∎ Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform sales strategy
∎ Gather market feedback and competitor insights to report to the team
∎ Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions
∎ Minimum 2 years of experience in field sales or direct selling (consumer products, retail, or B2B preferred)
∎ Bachelor / Master’s degree or equivalent education in in Business, Marketing, or a related field is an advantage
∎ Strong communication, persuasion, and relationship-building skills
∎ Self-driven, goal-oriented, and strong leadership potential
∎ Fluent in Bengali; English or Chinese proficiency is a plus

∎ We are seeking a proactive and energetic Field Sales Representative to join our growing team in Bangladesh. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in direct sales, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
