∎ 2 to 6 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Achieving or exceeding zonal sales Target.
∎ Driving SR performance and ensuring SR productivity target.
∎ Traveling throughout an assigned territory to train and guide retailers sales representatives.
∎ Maintaining solid working relationships with retailers by ensuring that their needs are met and resolving complaints in a timely manner.
∎ Developing innovative sales strategies to increase sales within an assigned territory.
∎ Monitoring competitors’ sales activity within an assigned territory.
∎ Maintaining a partnership with the target number of Suppliers and Retailers in the assigned Zone.
∎ Developing dealer, sub dealer and channel partner in new market.
∎ Expanding business to unexplored area
∎ Maintaining accurate records
∎ Ensure timely payment receive & deposit in company account
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 20 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Experience in Tissue & Paper Market will get Preference.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):Business Development, Marketing, Relationship Management
∎ Sound knowledge in Computer (MS Office, Email) mandatory.
∎ Customer handling capacity. Self-motivated person.
