Minimum educational qualification: SSC pass or current student.
Experience with operating a Point of Sales (POS) system is mandatory. 
Must have knowledge of inventory management systems.
Well-groomed and presentable appearance with a friendly attitude.
Excellent communication skills in both English and Bangla (spoken and written).
Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-first approach.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure effectively. 

• Provide excellent customer service to all guests, ensuring a pleasant experience.

• Operate the Point of Sales (POS) system efficiently to process orders and payments.

• Assist in maintaining and managing the inventory system.

• Communicate with customers in both English and Bangla fluently, ensuring clear and helpful interactions.

• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, contributing to the overall atmosphere of the cafe and bakery.

• Handle any customer inquiries or concerns in a professional and friendly manner.

• Collaborate with the team to meet daily sales targets and improve overall store performance.
