Provide excellent customer service to all guests, ensuring a pleasant experience.
Operate the Point of Sales (POS) system efficiently to process orders and payments.
Assist in maintaining and managing the inventory system.
Communicate with customers in both English and Bangla fluently, ensuring clear and helpful interactions.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment, contributing to the overall atmosphere of the cafe and bakery.
Handle any customer inquiries or concerns in a professional and friendly manner.
Collaborate with the team to meet daily sales targets and improve overall store performance.
