Job Context:
∎ Amin and Jahan Corporation Limited is a well-known textile and apparel industry platform and also the publisher of Bangladesh Textile Today, a renowned textile magazine in Bangladesh and overseas. Amin and Jahan Corporation Limited has been working as the largest knowledge network for branding and business transformation for Bangladesh Textile and Apparel Industry since 2007.
∎ Now it`s working to make some exclusive products (antiviral, antimicrobial and other items) available to the local market. We are looking for some enthusiastic, ambitious and hardworking Sales Representative (SR).
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Must have a target based marketing plan as per the goal and achieve weekly and monthly and sales target.
∎ Sales Representatives will explore sales points as much as possible in assigned area
∎ Sales Representatives will participate in promotional activities
∎ Sales Representatives will be responsible to collect payments
∎ Sales Representatives will clear the payment as soon as possible. Weekly commission will be calculated on the amount of payment deposited
∎ Sales Representatives will report sales and payment status to the Sales Manager on daily basis
∎ Ensure Growth of business and goodwill of the company.
∎ Comply with the weekly and monthly sales plan
∎ Identifying potential customers i.e. sales points, corporate sale, individual sale, online sale, etc.
∎ Building brand awareness and positioning.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 32 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Having motor cycle driving license will add advantage
∎ Well groomed, presentable and with a pleasant tone of voice
∎ Optimistic, risk or challenge taking attitude
∎ Must be disciplined, focused and determined to meet any deadlines
∎ Good Communication Skills
∎ Resident at assigned zone is highly preferred
∎ Experience in related products will get preference
Salary:
∎ Tk. 10000 - 15000 (Monthly)
∎ TA/DA and lucrative sales incentives will be provided
Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ Mobile bill, T/A
∎ Lunch Facilities: Full Subsidize
∎ Salary Review: Yearly
∎ Festival Bonus: 2
