Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Manage distribution channels, delivery schedules, and client service for magazines, training programs, and related services.
∎ Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
∎ Monitor and maintain CRM database, ensuring accurate client records and follow-up actions.
∎ Support sales and marketing teams in executing campaigns and managing customer queries.
∎ Coordinate with logistics partners, vendors, and internal teams for smooth operations.
∎ Handle day-to-day distribution activities, ensuring timely delivery and reporting.
