∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Cosmetics/Toiletries/Personal Care, Crockeries, Electronic Equipment/Home Appliances, Manufacturing (FMCG), Retail Store
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensuring Existing and Potential customer visit (Daily) as per approved visit plan to ensure product availability & consumption in assigned business area.
∎ Secure business opportunities to achieve assigned target through promoting the products.
∎ Generate order from customer within assigned area.
∎ Maintain consistent communication and timely follow-up with existing customers and prospects and be available and responsive to customer’s real time needs.
∎ Build long term and mutually beneficial relationships with existing and new customers.
∎ Implement the organizations policies & strategies to compete with competitors.
∎ Creating new customer in assigned market.
∎ Execute trade marketing activities in effective & efficient manner.
∎ Ensure numeric & weighted distribution (Both Market coverage and Value share increasing)
∎ Drive level best effort to resolve market related problem which is raise from customer.
∎ Need any assistance to resolve market related problem instantly escalate immediate supervisor.
∎ Provide customer & competitor's feedback to superior in terms of their products, dealers, price, promotional activities or any other marketing strategies
∎ Execute secondary & primary order in mobile Apps (ERP)
∎ Prepare and submitting assigned report (Daily, Weekly & Monthly)
∎ Claim & submit expense bill on time as per policy
∎ Providing full co-operation to work with subordinate (Nominated DSR), colleagues and supervisors as and when required for the company.
∎ Carrying out official order issued from time to time and Other operational works as per supervisor instructions (if needed).

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply

Salary:
∎ Tk. 9000 - 11000 (Monthly)
∎ DA = 150 TK (Per Day) TA = Actual Incentive= As per Policy Mobile Bill = 300 TK (Monthly)

Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ T/A, Mobile bill, Tour allowance, Performance bonus
∎ Festival Bonus: 2
