Responsibilities & Context:
Lead, mentor, and manage the Sales & Marketing team to ensure effective performance, motivation, target achievement and professional development.
Develop and implement comprehensive sales and marketing strategies aligned with organizational goals.
Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitive landscape to identify new business opportunities.
Plan and execute campaigns for product launches, promotions, and brand awareness.
Identify new market opportunities, customer segments, and distribution channels to drive revenue growth.
Establish and maintain strategic relationships with key clients, partners, vendors, and stakeholders.
Oversee brand positioning, marketing communications, digital marketing, and public relations initiatives.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of go-to-market plans.
Ensure cost-effective sales operations while maximizing ROI.
Represent the company in relevant forums, industry events, and high-level client engagements as required.
Candidate with proven experience will be given preference.
