মূল দায়িত্বসমূহ:
Sales (All Business Units)
- Construction, Architecture, Flat Sales, IT Services, F&B পণ্যের বিক্রয় বৃদ্ধি।
- Client meeting, follow-up, presentation ও deal closing।
- Project/Service details, pricing ও proposal স্পষ্টভাবে ব্যাখ্যা।
Lead Generation
- প্রতিটি ব্যবসার জন্য আলাদা lead সংগ্রহ।
- Facebook/YouTube/Google/LinkedIn থেকে qualified client lead আনা।
- CRM-এ lead tracking, follow-up ও conversion নিশ্চিত করা।
Investor Management
- Investor inquiries হ্যান্ডেল করা ও business/investment মডেল ব্যাখ্যা।
- Investor onboarding, documentation, update ও relationship management।
- Investor meeting, presentation ও progress reporting করা।
Marketing & Branding
- Monthly marketing strategy, campaign ও social media promotion পরিচালনা।
- Content idea, promotional post, brochure & presentation তৈরি।
- Offline branding, client visit ও activation activities পরিচালনা।
Video Presentation & Promotion
- Corporate presenter হিসেবে ভিডিওতে professionalভাবে কথা বলা।
- Construction, flat, product & service walkthrough ভিডিওতে উপস্থাপন।
- Script writing, video recording ও promotional content creation।
