• Follow up with clients after sales to ensure product or service effectiveness.

• Research and analyze market trends, competitors, and customer preferences.

• Stay updated on industry developments to maintain a competitive edge.

• Collaborate with the sales team to create effective sales strategies.

• Plan and execute sales campaigns and promotional activities.

• Develop and implement action plans to expand market reach and customer base.

• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and deals closed.

• Prepare regular sales reports for management, detailing performance and insights.

• Adhere to company policies, ethical guidelines, and industry standards.
