Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop and implement effective after-sales strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention.
∎ Visit the corporate house to build customer relationships to promote products and services to potential customers.
∎ Go door-to-door, make cold calls, and email customers, design in-store displays, special events, direct mailings, and advertising campaigns.
∎ Negotiate fees and prices with the customers.
∎ Coordinate with the service team to ensure timely and efficient delivery of after-sales services.
∎ Meet with clients to discuss services and devise new marketing ideas.
∎ Manage and resolve customer complaints and inquiries related to after-sales services.
∎ Perform extensive market research.
∎ Visit competitors to gain an advantage.
∎ Craft marketing messages for a targeted group of individuals.
∎ Include persuasive 'call-to-actions' in advertisements and promotions.
∎ Design and write social media posts.
∎ Track and analyze direct and interactive marketing campaigns.
