Responsibilities & Context:

Role Overview: A Sales Manager – Showroom leads and manages all sales activities within a showroom setting. You’ll be responsible for reaching sales targets, supervising the showroom team, maintaining an appealing presentation of products, and ensuring customer satisfaction. You act as the bridge between customers, the sales team, and upper management.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Targets

  • Create and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual targets.

  • Monitor sales performance, analyze results, and take corrective actions as needed.

  • Prepare and present sales reports to upper management.

Team Leadership

  • Supervise, mentor, and motivate showroom sales staff.

  • Train new sales team members on product knowledge and customer service best practices.

  • Set individual and team sales goals and evaluate performance regularly.

Customer Service

  • Ensure excellent customer service at all times.

  • Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally.

  • Maintain strong customer relationships to drive repeat business.

Showroom Operations

  • Oversee daily showroom operations, including cleanliness and display quality.

  • Keep accurate records of sales, inventory levels, and customer interactions.

  • Coordinate with marketing or inventory teams for promotional activities and stock updates.

Strategy & Reporting

  • Review sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.

  • Provide feedback and recommendations to management on market conditions, pricing, and product demand.
