Role Overview: A Sales Manager – Showroom leads and manages all sales activities within a showroom setting. You’ll be responsible for reaching sales targets, supervising the showroom team, maintaining an appealing presentation of products, and ensuring customer satisfaction. You act as the bridge between customers, the sales team, and upper management.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Targets
Create and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual targets.
Monitor sales performance, analyze results, and take corrective actions as needed.
Prepare and present sales reports to upper management.
Team Leadership
Supervise, mentor, and motivate showroom sales staff.
Train new sales team members on product knowledge and customer service best practices.
