This is a retail sales role in a showroom where you assist customers, promote products, and help achieve sales goals through excellent service and product knowledge.

Key Responsibilities

As a Showroom Salesgirl, your main duties typically include:

Customer Engagement & Sales

• Greet customers warmly as they enter the showroom.

• Assist customers in finding products they need and recommending suitable items.

• Explain product features, benefits, prices, and promotions confidently.

• Help customers make purchase decisions and close sales.

• Process sales transactions and handle payments accurately (cash or POS).

Showroom Presentation

• Keep the showroom clean, well-organized, and visually appealing.

• Arrange and restock merchandise displays neatly.

• Maintain up-to-date product stock and inform supervisors if items are low.

Customer Service

• Respond to customer questions, feedback, and complaints politely.

• Build rapport to encourage repeat visits and sales growth.

• Follow up with customers when appropriate (e.g., product availability or offers).

Sales Targets & Teamwork

• Work with the sales team to help reach monthly or daily sales targets.

• Support colleagues with tasks during busy hours or promotions.
