• Proven working experience in reputed super shop chains (Such as Swapna, Agora, Meena Bazar, Daily Shopping, Shawano Express, Lavenda, or equivalent).

• Strong leadership and people management skills.

• Sound knowledge of inventory management, sales analysis, and reporting.

• Excellent customer service orientation.

• Computer literacy with practical experience in POS systems, MS Excel, and reporting tools.

• Job Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage overall store operations of the super shop

  • Ensure daily sales performance, stock availability, product display, and customer service standards

  • Manage store staff, duty rosters, attendance, and performance monitoring

  • Control inventory including stock receiving, stock audits, shrinkage, and wastage management

  • Supervise POS operations, billing systems, and cash handling procedures

  • Implement and ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, and operational guidelines

  • Handle customer complaints professionally and continuously improve service quality

  • Motivate and lead the team to achieve assigned sales targets and KPIs

  • Coordinate regularly with Head Office and submit timely operational and sales reports
