Responsibilities & Context:

• Confirm customer orders from the website and Facebook manually

• Enter orders accurately into the system

• Handle Steadfast courier entry and shipment tracking

• Manage WhatsApp messages and respond to customer queries

• Coordinate with courier riders and resolve delivery-related issues

• Confirm orders through phone calls

• Support on-field sales activities when required

• Respond professionally to customer inquiries on social media platforms
