Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc. / M.Sc. in Pharmacy or equivalent degree. MBA in Marketing shall be added advantage.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 15 to 18 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for developing and implementation of effective sales strategies as well as lead nationwide sales team-members to achieve primary and secondary sales target.
∎ Ensure efficient execution of demand generation programs to increase Rx.
∎ Coordinate with field forces for ensuring proper & timely sales collections.
∎ Management of promotional budgets and costs.
∎ Monitor and analyze performance metrics and suggest improvements.
∎ Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts.
∎ Identify new potential customers and new market opportunities.
∎ Liaise with Product Management Department to ensure brand consistency.
∎ Forecasting accuracy for Sales and Inventory planning/ control.
∎ Ensure implementation of Sales Force Effectiveness (SFE) norms and standards.
∎ Control attrition and build a motivated and committed sales team through a culture of achievement orientation, recognition and reward.
∎ Establish productive and professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts.
∎ Any other task as assigned by the Management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ The candidate should have 15-18 years in Sales (Pharmaceutical field), of which at least 5 years in a managerial position at any reputed Pharmaceutical Company.
∎ Strong leadership skills
∎ Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements.
∎ Ability to interact effectively with Senior Executives, area managers, staff, etc.
∎ Expertise in data analysis and in building successful strategies using data driven analysis that drive business results.
∎ Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills.
∎ Strong network with clients working in the Pharmaceutical Business.
