Experience Requirements:

∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Dealer development, Dealer Management, FMCG Sales & Marketing
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Food (Packaged)/Beverage

Job Responsibilities:
∎ 1. Setup Sales team & Distribution Network in respective territories.
∎ 2. Preparing Business plans & Marketing Strategies.
∎ 3. Prepare Market Report & sales report.
∎ 4. Lead and Monitor the Sales Team.
∎ 5. Solve related problems
∎ 6. Arrange the monthly sales meeting.
∎ 7. Analysis for sales developing
∎ 8. Propose different plans for increase sales
∎ 9. Capability to work independently or in a group
∎ 10. Manage existing and potential customers via personal sales visits, using face to face contact to provide a personal service.
∎ 11. Create & Launch different campaigns as per the market
∎ 12. Train and develop the junior colleagues. etc

Salary: Negotiable
