∎ Job Context:PlayD8 Ltd is a UK-based Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) company offering smart offshore staffing solutions across sectors like real estate, education, healthcare, and e-commerce. We are looking for a highly experienced sales manager with a strong background in BPO sales and business development to lead our growth strategy and client acquisition efforts.Job Responsibilities:Identify, target, and convert UK-based business clients seeking offshore staffing support.Develop and execute sales strategies to meet monthly and quarterly targets.Manage and train junior sales team members when required.Handle client onboarding in collaboration with the internal delivery team.Build long-term relationships with clients and maintain retention.Report on sales performance and market trends to the leadership team.Employment Status: Full-time (Remote flexibility for the right candidate)Workplace: Work from home / Dhaka office (if required in future)Educational Requirements:Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields.Experience Requirements:Minimum 3–5 years of proven experience in BPO sales, preferably for UK, US, or EU clients.Solid understanding of the offshore staffing and outsourcing industry.Additional Requirements:Strong communication and presentation skills.Ability to work independently and lead when required.Target-driven and proactive in approach.Familiarity with CRM tools, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and lead management.Job Location: RemoteSalary: BDT 45,000 – 60,000 (depending on experience)Compensation & Other Benefits:Two Eid festive bonuses.Yearly performance-based increment.Monthly performance bonuses.16 days annual paid leave.All UK bank holidays off.Career growth and leadership development opportunities.
